Scandal at the church when our marble statue of Jesus -- one of our proud elements in this town -- was found vandalized. Thankfully the face remains identifiable.
Several parishioners complained about the tarps being unpleasing to the eyes in this environment, while others comment the least the priest could do is write psalms on them. This reporter's cautious judgment is that some restoration is in order. We encourage the community to contribute to these efforts and send clay and white paint to the following address:
