Epilogue

Welcome to Cartesio!

You open your eyes and see the ceiling of the lodge. There is no real sensation of having slept, but you're still feeling rested. Sitting up, you can see that the building around you is in ruins. Dust and dirt dominate your environment. Around you, there are familiar people - some of them you've been with up until now, some of them you have been brutally forced to part with weeks ago. They all look alright, a little confusion aside.

From a corner of the room, you can hear the soft whirring of a machine. Upon examination, you can see that it's 3D-printing more gelatinous bodies like you've seen earlier today. Every body that is dispensed from the machine is a safe haven for another mind from the simulation, another mind to join your ranks as real people.

After you've adjusted to the new situation and left the lodge, you find yourself greeted with perfect sunshine. There's a town welcoming you, friendly and peaceful. Though it is more modern than what you are used to, there is no mistaking it.

Cartesio, Nevada, welcomes you.

You're new people, in a new world. Every chance it has to offer is open for you.

Is everyone alright...? [ hopefully everyone is -- Sakura herself seems to be the same as always. if anybody else decided to get any powers that deal with sensing things? they'll notice that Sakura's abilities are really powerful and deal with "star magic". anyway! she wants to test something out real quick, so she's actually going to go out and take out the card for Flight and actually use it. and up, up in the air she goes! and this time she isn't going to actually fall after five minutes this time so she might stay in the air for a while, but it seems that she's having a lot of fun with this, although if there are other people besides them in Cartesio, they might be shocked. oops. ]

[ After getting used to everything that this is, Bakugou will kind of watch her do her thing, flying up and all that. ]

Keep fucking around with that and you're bound to fly into some of the birds around here.

[ "Death" seems to have not changed him much at least. ]

[ Maybe with less murder machines hopefully.

Nine opens his arms up. Come over here ]

[ she seems rather surprised by that, actually but when he does open his arms up, she does lower herself down onto the ground, allowing Flight to turn back into a card as she lands. ]

You think so?

[Hey, guess who can also play at that flying game?

Millium comes up beside Sakura, sitting cheerfully in the crook of one of Airgetlam's arms.]

[clearities]

Millium-chan! [ she seems so pleased and the bow on Flight seems to make a waving gesture as if to say hi back. ] It's fun up here, isn't it?

[doublelammy]

Yeah! Man~ I missed this! Lammy got put away again on the other side, so I haven't been up here in weeks!

[She kicks her legs cheerfully.]

But we made it! And now we can do this as long as we want~!

[clearities]

Yeah, same here. And I can feel my magic again. It's really nice to be able to use it all again.

[doublelammy]

No kidding! We're free~!

[Lammy zips ahead a little, Millium too happy to be taking her robot friend for a real spin again to pay attention to speed.]

Yeah-- hoeee---!? [ Sakura herself isn't that speedy, but Flight is a little competitive, so. uh. ZOOMS AFTER APPARENTLY ]

[Franciscus watches, looking somewhat worried. They didn't part on good terms, after all, and he didn't receive any communications from her like he did from Osomatsu. On the other hand, Hydrangea has no compunctions, and goes gliding along in Sky Forme to fly alongside her, letting out a singsong "Shay~"]

Don't go too far, Hydrangea. [He calls that up casually from the ground as the Legendary clone goes gliding and swooping along.]

Ah... hello, Hydreangea-san! [ she's definitely looking rather pleased and unbothered by this, it seems ]

[Hydrangea lets out a few more excited cries as she circles Sakura's head, occasionally pawing at her flight ribbon a few times curiously. Franciscus smiles a bit.]
