[Mira is quick to process the shock and confusion of waking up in a strange place and situation, and after reviewing the rules, decides that waiting for the Sergeant is likely to be all they can do at this point. She spoke with a number of confused people on the way out of the hotel, but now, she's already bored and looking to make time pass quicker until that point.
Breakfast is as good a starting point as any. Find her in the diner, skipping the OJ and instead looking for whatever has the most protein. Eventually she's got steak and eggs. It looks pretty good! If you like rare meat anyway.
Some time after that, she'll throw darts in the tavern. What better way to let off steam than hurling some sharp-tipped objects at the wall, right? Though, it's pretty rare for darts to be that unsafe these days.]
