Seven days have passed. Quite peaceful days, almost too peaceful. The town has welcomed you, excited to see tourists for the first time in many, many,
many years. Some may have liked the peace, others may have been annoyed by it, but it was undeniable Cartesio seemed like such a nice and safe place it was hard to believe you had been told to kill each other.
But the threat is still up in the air. What's more: how much patience does the Sergeant have left?
Every time you take a look into the Lodge, you see the Sergeant. Lately he's looking more and more annoyed. Even though you can't see his face, you can feel he's getting frustrated. How long will it be before he lashes out and does something about these peaceful days?
Nobody in the town could suspect the harrowing times that'd befall Cartesio.
When you wake up on Sunday, you'll find
new maps in the map rack and brochures on the table, showing places you hadn't noticed in the town before. Enjoy!

[A shrug.]
That was only half of the offer. You know, get to talk to your friends and make sure they're safe. He's probably banking on at least one of them hitting home for somebody.

[ Usually they say just Quirks, but Superpowers is definitely another word for it. ]
Tch, that's true. Someone's probably pissing their pants, scared for the lives of their friends or some shit.

[Which brings her to...]
So it's probably worse for most people than for you. A lot of us know people who don't have powers to fight off anyone who tries to mess with them.

[ What fresh hell are you from, Natalie? He looks actually briefly kind of surprised to hear that, before his face immediately settles back into something resembling his usual expression. ]
So, all of those people are just fucking...

A million thoughts are going through his head. Including one of the near last ones that end up being 'there's nothing that can be done'. No, he won't accept it. ]
If that bastard tries anything with anyone of the people up there because no one did anything, I'll fucking kill him myself.
[ The dangers don't matter, he'll kick his ass. ]

And how are you going to do that, exactly?

[ Beat. ]
I'll finish him instantly in one shot before he can do anything about it!
[ He seems serious about that. Bakugou won't say it but it's because the alternative is so devastating to him that he can't accept it. So he'll just do everything in his power to end it right then and there. This is what he's decided. ]

And then when someone comes to replace him? What then?
no subject
Huh?
[ ... But -- ]
I'll fucking take that person out too! Then somehow coordinate somethin' with Hawks to get us all out of here and then come back to finish off the rest.
[ He doesn't say 'with reinforcements' (however that is the implication.) Clearly Bakugou seems to sort of think in this situation it's not something that can be easily handled...he's noticed how his powers have been affecting him here. ]

And even if it's possible to get to your home from here, how are you going to get everyone else back to where they're from? People here come from different times, even.
no subject
[ He practically snaps. ]
It doesn't fucking matter who came from what, when or where, and who or whatever the hell comes at us, there's no fucking point in acting like it's impossible if we want to get out of here alive!
no subject
[A frustrated sigh, as she turns her attention away from the water to glare at him.]
I'm saying that maybe you could use a better plan than assuming you'll figure it out later! And those things do matter, because you're going to have to take them into account while we figure out what to do!
no subject
[ As far as he can tell, anyway. On one hand she has a point, and he is assuming that a plan will be figured out later, somehow for most of them. Still, he's irritated because he's irrationally thinking he now just looked like an idiot and it hurt his pride rip. ]
Tch, part of the problem with figuring out a "better plan" now is that it'll mean having to bother wasting time to get everyone to set their asses down and figure it out then. And we won't even have that luxury if shit hits the fan! So we fucking take initiative and make it up as we go!
[ This would be so much easier if he was sure he could do it all by himself. But with him weakened - loathe as he is to admit it - it's not really feasible. ]

Oh my god. I cannot have this conversation with you right now, I'm going to have a fucking aneurysm. You have fun doing something insanely stupid without considering the possible consequences as long as you don't drag the rest of us down with you.
no subject
[ And he turns to leave, proving how productive that was...amazing...
Rip everyone who gets dragged down into his mess ig. ]
