WEEK 3: April 15th - April 19th

Third Week
The peaceful times are over. Moloch von Zinzer was murdered, and Nine was sentenced as his murderer. Everyone in Cartesio knows that.

Although life goes on, it seems the town of Cartesio isn't going to forget the tourists' transgressions. Not only they commited larceny in the cinema, they also murdered and executed in their town! It's no surprise their hospitality towards the visitors has cooled down considerably.

Not only they're maintaining a tense cordiality with them, they also have started talking behind the visitors' backs. All kinds of rumors are starting to sprout, yet nobody seems to be willing to say it to the tourists' faces. Talking directly to most passerby makes them distrustful, and nobody seems to want to be in close quarters alone with them.

It's only matter of time before the relationship between tourists and Cartesio starts degrading even further.

In the lobby of the motel there's a few more brochures, and the maps have been updated once again.

[...it's starting to get way too cold to swim in the morning, which is testing the everloving fuck out of Gant's patience. Well, things would probably be a little more tolerable if it wasn't for the motive and there weren't photos of him digging in garbage floating around like he was doing it for fun instead of for an investigation, but.

Nothing to be done for it. Right.

Well, anyway, since there's no swimming, he'll do a little gambling in the casino! He's having a good time playing the slots, although... he's not entirely playing for money, it seems. Well, why would he, given that they have infinite cash? But he seems to be having fun winning and losing and tallying up how much of both he does anyway.

After that, he's going to treat himself to some ice cream at the ice cream shop. Several scoops, even! Why not? He's worth it. Perhaps someone might consider that too much ice cream, but like... this is just his thing, man.

...

Later on... he's going to go to the clothing store and see if there's, like, a wetsuit for swimming in colder waters. I mean. It's a clothes store, not a specialist diving store. But maybe.]
