The peaceful times are over. Moloch von Zinzer was murdered, and Nine was sentenced as his murderer. Everyone in Cartesio knows that.
Although life goes on, it seems the town of Cartesio isn't going to forget the tourists' transgressions. Not only they commited larceny in the cinema, they also murdered and executed in their town! It's no surprise their hospitality towards the visitors has cooled down considerably.
Not only they're maintaining a tense cordiality with them, they also have started talking behind the visitors' backs. All kinds of rumors are starting to sprout, yet nobody seems to be willing to say it to the tourists' faces. Talking directly to most passerby makes them distrustful, and nobody seems to want to be in close quarters alone with them.
It's only matter of time before the relationship between tourists and Cartesio starts degrading even further.
In the lobby of the motel there's a few more brochures, and
the maps have been updated once again.

Hey, do ya think ya have any more of these?
[That poor employee...]

[The afternoon finds Hawks rummaging in the clothing store. His jacket is missing currently, and there's a pile of plain colored shirts haphazardly folded near his feet. He's tired of the same outfit everyday, and sleeping half dressed.
With a triumphant "aha!," one last shirt is pulled out and approved of. It joins its contemporaries, before Hawks scoops the whole bundle up into his arms.]
This should be enough to practice on. At least a couple should turn out well enough to wear....

[WILDCARD!! Hawks spends a lot of time wandering town, both patrolling and not, if you'd rather meet up somewhere else.]
Gas station;
[ jfc Hawks ]

[Don't tell Hawks you haven't noticed he can't wear any other clothes, bakugou, he had so much hope for your observational skills.
He has been washing it, but he'd like at least a shirt to have as backup, kthx]

So no cutting any holes out of the clothing in that building, huh?
[ It brings kind of an amusing picture to him, not going to lie, but he can see why he wouldn't. ]

[He doesn't particularly want to wear rags after all.]

[ It'd be weird seeing Hawks walk around in rags, ngl. ]
...At least you're going to probably be better at picking out somethin' than Bolin.
[ Now that is a fashion sense to be feared. ]

Were you helping him shop? I can only imagine what he was finding in here.
[hawks had to search high and low for plain shirts, no way was he planning on wearing half of this stuff, even if it was fixed to fit him.]

Yeah, I was. You should've seen some of the stuff he picked out, it was basically ugly green after ugly green. Maybe part of it was because some of the clothing hanging around there was in a similar style, but fuck I tried to imagine him going out in any of that, and it was just...whatever. It was the worst.
[ So, he might've picked out some clothing that'd make it look like it'd tone down the green a little, which isn't hard to do given his style is like the way it is. Someone might even could say it could've made the two look like a 'set'.
Anyway, the clothing style was something someone back home would've probably liked, now that Bakugou's thinking about it. ]

[Maybe not a lot worse than what’s in there, but some.
Aw, was Bakugou picking out matching outfits? Cute teen romances must be in season]

[ Wow, Hawks just who do you think he is...there's no way he'd fall for someone here...totally...! ]
Look, if you saw them you'd have agreed with me that they were at least pretty shitty.
