Week 3: Investigation

This week's cloudy, dreary weather culminates in a thunderstorm, lasting most of the previous night. That means when you awake this morning, the town is damp and dark. It's not just the weather that gives off an oppressive feeling, though. The air, it's heavy.

The Sergeant told you, after all. This is your last day to prevent your deepest, darkest secrets from being revealed.

There's no immediate evidence that anyone's followed his orders, though. Maybe you'll get through this week without anymore unnecessary death.

Or, maybe not. Maybe you should take a look around town, just to be sure.

[So it was obviously a fight - is there blood spatter?]

[ Surprisingly, it doesn't seem like there's blood anywhere that you can immediately see. ]

[No blood. Weird.

So obviously that statue of Jesus is... in a condition. Anything else seem like it was deliberately desecrated, or just the statue?]

[ It's hard to say if anything here is deliberate or not? Most everything is wrecked, but it's hard to make out a specific target. ]

[In that case, he's going to leave the sanctuary... for wherever there seems to be a group gathering, based on the noise.]
