Week 6: Trial

   

The atmosphere at the courtroom is different this time. Although people are filling the tribunes, not everyone seems to be furious with the outsiders. Some are scowling and looking at them with outrage, others are cautiously wary of them. Unhappy, but not about to snap anyone's neck.

The Sergeant waited until everyone was at their spots, and counted them:

"Our numbers are dwindling. It's surprising, I admit. I thought there'd be more of you at this point"

Not that it's inconvenient. It's just surprising. The number of podiums belonging to the deceased prove just how many have perished. Several of you may be feeling a bit lonely in the sea of black velvet.

"Wayne Uedera, Osamu Dazai. They're the victims this time. Good luck, everybody. Here's my help to you all, like last time, vote for as many as you consider necessary:

I don't think the raincoat was connedted to Dazai. I think his back was less burned because the fire started with the bookcase that was on top of him.

...There's only one other reason I can think of that the raincoat would have it's back gone.

Because Hawks wouldn't have been able to pull it on over his wings.

[robitussin]

[Silently, she nods.]

If they were collaborating, that explains the burn marks, too.

So Hawks probably took care of Wayne, while Dabi handled Dazai.

[robitussin]

That would explain... Why the burned raincoat was at the electronics store. If they met there after.

[She pauses.]

Help me think of a way that we can know for sure.

[...Natalie, you realize you're asking Keith and Keith's primary method of doing things is using his fists to do the talking.]

These two clearly spent a lot of time planning this shit, so they probably have their asses covered pretty well.

Maybe we should ask Hawks more about his "Mighty Wings" ability. That's all it says in the guestbook. What else can he do?
