Fourth Week

A second murder shook the town of Cartesio. Clarisse's ambush plan ended with Katsuki Bakugou's death. Now what?

Nothing to be done other than continuing their life and watch what happens. After two weeks, after the deaths they have seen, it's hard to think there's a way out. The only option is to wait for the right chance to turn the tables and see a weak point in the Sergeant's plans -- and hopefully not see any murders.

The townspeople's attitude towards the tourists soured even more. The destruction of the church was much worse than anything they had seen so far, and they ran out of patience. People who in the past were nice and wanted nothing more than to make the tourists happy now aren't afraid of saying to their faces what's what. Random pedestrians shout at the visitors, telling them to stop being criminals. Although there are a few who have more patience than the rest, general opinion is clear:

The tourists are nuisances, to say the least.

In the lobby of the motel there's a few more brochures, and the maps have been updated once again.

T-there's the hunting store, right? Maybe they've got tents n' we can camp in the park...

Y... yeah, maybe. [ Swallowing hard, Sakura tries her best to cool herself off. It's not really working out for her. ] I need to practice in the park for Thursday, too, so... [ She's. She's not getting any sleep tonight, is she. ]

Maybe... maybe it's just my room that's haunted? 'Cause I helped Kino with the ghost peppers...

[Millium... honey, no.]

I mean... nothing happened with my room, but what about the others? [ An actual question that she's asking the group. ] But ghost peppers? [ Millium what did you do. ]

I wandered into the kitchen building 'cause I wanted to look at it again n' Kino was in there cooking, so I helped him out, and he said he found ghost peppers and was using them and I told him I was worried but he said it was just a story!

[#BROTRAYAL, except not really Millium the peppers had nothing to do with this, probably]

[clearities]

... Hm? What was just a story? Do you mean why they're called ghost peppers?

[doublelammy]

Yeah.

[If it wasn't clear, Millium has no idea what a ghost pepper is.]

[clearities]

Oh. They're just really, really spicy peppers. [ Which can also cause seizures, heart attacks and even death if taken too much at once, but. Sakura doesn't know that. ]

[doublelammy]

Oh.

That makes it worse! How come I'm getting haunted, then?!

[I DUNNO, MILLIUM! IT COULDN'T BE BECAUSE YOU KILLED SOMEONE THIS WEEK OR ANYTHING, COULD IT,]

I don't know, but... if it really is a ghost maybe I could... check...? [ SHE REALLY DOESN'T WANT TO but she thinks she can help if it is but dear god please help her ]

...Maybe it's a good idea.

I, um... I can stay with you while you try, if you want... maybe I can grab Oda or Dazai too...

Yeah. I mean, I have.
