A second murder shook the town of Cartesio. Clarisse's ambush plan ended with Katsuki Bakugou's death. Now what?
Nothing to be done other than continuing their life and watch what happens. After two weeks, after the deaths they have seen, it's hard to think there's a way out. The only option is to wait for the right chance to turn the tables and see a weak point in the Sergeant's plans -- and hopefully not see any murders.
The townspeople's attitude towards the tourists soured even more. The destruction of the church was much worse than anything they had seen so far, and they ran out of patience. People who in the past were nice and wanted nothing more than to make the tourists happy now aren't afraid of saying to their faces what's what. Random pedestrians shout at the visitors, telling them to stop being criminals. Although there are a few who have more patience than the rest, general opinion is clear:
The tourists are nuisances, to say the least.
In the lobby of the motel there's a few more brochures, and
the maps have been updated once again.

MONDAY
NEWSPAPER - APRIL 23RD
The community's found itself engulfed in debate, as the tourists have taken yet another indiscernable action. A group of them appear to be trying to fix the damage they've caused to the church. However they plan on replacing our priceless statue, our timeless tapestries, that remains to be seen. In this reporter's eyes and the eyes of others in town, it looks to be an empty gesture, taken to avoid consequences. One member of the clergy, who has requested her name kept secret, takes issue: "They can't just act like this makes up for all the hardship. To come into our town and treat us this way? It's unacceptable. I won't be forgiving them any time soon." Our devoted priest has been beside himself with grief and declined official comment.
Despite the reprehensible actions of these visitors, some seem to be willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. One of our older residents, Lucille Mitchell, owner of our delectable diner, is among them. "These people seem just as victimized as we do. Why can't we lend them our sympathies? I support the visitors, and that's not something easily shaken."
A sick joke? An attempt to dodge responsibility? Or, against all odds, something sincere? Only time will tell.

[In other news, on the fire station there seems to be a large hole on the wall -- one nobody among you made. Strange!]
investigation
She remembers what Bakugou-kun told her, before.
There's no way that she could ever forget, after all. She needs to do what she can. And while she isn't alone, this is something that she can't really ask the others for help on-- not really, anyway. At least, that's what she thinks as she seems to seek out for something. No, not something. Someones.
Sakura Kinomoto is searching to see if she can't find any familiar faces in any of the new locations: particularly the bakery, cinema, and hardware store.
After she searches them out, Sakura can be found back in the clothing store, and it's a little more clear about what she wants to do here: just like how Oda-san wanted to clean the church yesterday, she wants to clean the clothing store too. Her focus is on cleaning the walls especially, but she doesn't mind in the slightest bit.
She's trying her very best. She's extremely determined to make a change, and actually do something for once. ]

Investigation!
[This is quite possibly the best discovery. Kino can be found within, busily preparing the various ingredients. It seems the traveler has pulled out every type of spice available, and is intending on cooking chicken*.
If someone else shows up, Kino looks over in mild surprise.]
Oh... Sorry, am I in the way?
*Chicken is not Yakitori.
[Fire Station - Investigation, open to PCs!]
[It's probably a good idea to keep an eye open in town and keep aware of things - details of their surroundings and public opinion both. So Kino will go ahead and make some rounds among the locations they're able to see and...
...Is that a hole? Kino's checking it out. And, if anyone passes by Kino either at the fire station or elsewhere, Kino will ask:]

[She finally has Lammy back, and by all means, she should be thrilled. She has her partner back, she finally isn't weak and useless and she's finally accomplished one of her major goals while here.
With two people she'd promised to show Lammy off to lying dead, though, it makes her victory ring a bit hollow.
Airgetlam cradles her in the curves of its arms as it levitates near the lake, high enough to peer over the treetops and out into the rest of the town. The heights don't seem to faze her one bit, as she just sits there quietly, swinging her legs back and forth.
She'll hear if anyone calls out to her... or if anyone comments "what the heck is that," since the silverish-white thing flying in the sky isn't exactly normal around these parts. Then again, what is?]
[bakery]
[If all else fails, eat your feelings. Millium has acquired a small box of chocolate chip cookies, and she can be found nibbling on one on the curb outside the bakery.
She pauses mid-chewing, looking momentarily shocked and looking down at the cookie, mystified.]
...Kinda salty...?
[But it's not a bad thing. Just... nostalgic. Weird.
She'll continue nibbling on her cookie, taking her sweet (ha) time with it. She's not particularly ravenous, really – just bored.
If anyone comes over, she'll peer up.]
I bought some cookies. You want one?
[church]
[Millium can be found here today, as well, still moving rubble and not caring at all if passing townspeople give her the stink-eye. She wanders back and forth alongside her puppet as Airgetlam carries rubble out of the church, humming to herself with her hands behind her head.
Eventually, she stops, just looking between the ruined building and the growing pile of rubble outside.]

Which makes confirming their status after Friday's trial--"clearing the air," she's heard it called--rather difficult. And she doesn't want to just wait to be noticed again, so she'll have to find a way of getting closer.
Millium's first indication of her presence will probably be the surprisingly distinctive sound of an Yggdroid discovering that the thick tree branch she was trying to climb onto, while certainly thick and sturdy, is not actually sturdy enough to support the weight of a 340 pound robot. It sounds a lot like a branch snapping followed shortly by a loud clang.]

In the morning, you'll find her cleaning the place. Can't cook if it's all dirty and messed up. Cian is wearing loose clothes from the clothing store because she doesn't mind those getting dirty and she is armed with a multitude of cleaning supplies.
The state of the kitchen visibly grosses her out and once she gets to the dirtier corners, it is clear that she has a lot of reservations about touching anything but.... she perseveres. This will turn into a hygienic work-space or so help her.
Starting in the early afternoon, Cian's changed into her normal clothes and she can be found baking up a storm. As she promised to Sting and Gant respectively, there is angel cake and there is carrot cake. Additionally there are a bunch of banana muffins. Feel free to join her in making all of this - or to just steal her ingredients, I guess.
And then in the evening as all the pastries are already standing finished, she'll start with real food. There's a plate of insalata caprese and also there is lasagna. Natalie wanted Italian after all.
It's around 8pm when Cian finally switches locations. Anyone passing by the motel lounge will find a buffet with all above-mentioned foods has been set out. Nobody seems to be handing anything out though, so maybe you'll just have to take matters into your own hands?
If you're looking for Cian, you can find her in one of the lounge chairs simply sleeping. This day was way too exhausting and what started as 'I'll just sit down a second' turned into a long nap. ]
motel lounge
She's enticed by the smell of food when she finally wanders back into the motel, and then promptly distracted by the sleeping Cian in the corner.
Her first move is to go over and peer at her to make sure she's still breathing. Once she's confirmed that, she leaves the lounge and heads upstairs to her room. A couple minutes later, she descends the stairs once more, holding a ball of quilt in her arms and balancing a small stuffed bear between it and her chin.
She lets the bear drop to the floor beside Cian for a moment so that she can lay out the quilt on top of her. Once that's done, she picks up the bear, setting it on top of the quilt in her lap.
She smiles at her handiwork, then goes to get herself some food. Her work here is done.]

MEETING
MOTEL LOUNGE, 3PM
TURN UP EVEN IF YOU DON'T WANT TO
[They're not signed, but arriving in the lounge at the specified time will make it clear that Jughead's organised it; he's sitting, perched on the top of the couch, hands steepled. When enough people arrive, he cuts to the chase.]
As you probably know, the people around here don't like us very much. Which would be whatever, except we're all stuck here for the while and it feels like this is what Sarge wants from us - which means getting along with them is probably counter-intuitive to whatever it is he's trying to do.
[He pauses, giving people time to catch on.]
So, I'm proposing an idea. We give back to the people here, make a gesture of good will. Kind of like what happened with the chapel but less...sacrilegious.
[Like, ok, he wasn't there but with this group? It had to have been.]
We're putting on a Variety Show. Set up a stage in the park Thursday, make a big thing of it. Show them what we can do.
[And that leads to his closing request:]
Anyone who's got something to contribute, put your names down - [He holds up a sheet of paper] - here.
