Fourth Week

A second murder shook the town of Cartesio. Clarisse's ambush plan ended with Katsuki Bakugou's death. Now what?

Nothing to be done other than continuing their life and watch what happens. After two weeks, after the deaths they have seen, it's hard to think there's a way out. The only option is to wait for the right chance to turn the tables and see a weak point in the Sergeant's plans -- and hopefully not see any murders.

The townspeople's attitude towards the tourists soured even more. The destruction of the church was much worse than anything they had seen so far, and they ran out of patience. People who in the past were nice and wanted nothing more than to make the tourists happy now aren't afraid of saying to their faces what's what. Random pedestrians shout at the visitors, telling them to stop being criminals. Although there are a few who have more patience than the rest, general opinion is clear:

The tourists are nuisances, to say the least.

In the lobby of the motel there's a few more brochures, and the maps have been updated once again.

...The fire station and the chapel?

[So many questions- wait.]

...Did they make the hole in the fire station wall? No one talked about it at the meeting.

Maybe that was Bakugou having at Clarisse again. It’d certainly be what I’d expect to happen if they crossed again.

When Keith and I went there, we were able to get into the fire station through that hole and find out about Mr. Axel.

Is there something at the chapel?

[Or maybe it's the mausoleum but Kino didn't explore there.]

Maybe there’s someone at the chapel, like “Mr. Axel” is at the firehouse?

We could try looking, I suppose.

[ Are you all still paying attention to the jukebox screen? The queue just updated!

I Guess I'll Get The Papers is first, followed by Play that Funky Music. ]

Now I'm definitely lost.

The music can already be considered “funky” by one definition, but maybe there are records we need to recover...? At the firehouse or the chapel.

What places here have music besides this diner? ...The chapel organ? [How much of that actually still exists though.]

The organ was destroyed.

[She still has one of its keys around here somewhere.]

What are these papers you found at the hardware store?

I almost forgot about it... I found some papers in the hardware store that had the floor plans for all the buildings. The houses looked normal and everything else matched up with the different locations.

Just... I couldn't find one for the Lodge. That was the only one missing.

That could be the Sergeant, yeah, but weren’t the other people familiar but not recognizable?

[He remembers that police officer, one week just there and the next there was a name for him.]

Were there records of the people that were like Axel and Millium’s friend?

What happened at the meeting?

[Both meetings. He uh... kinda wasn't there at the motive OR the meeting-meeting. Blame the police. Then there's a beat:]

You think the poltergeists made that hole?

I asked if anyone made the hole there, but no one at the meeting brought it up. It could be someone's just keeping it from the rest of us, but...

If there was a hole, I would have expected whoever made it to have already gone inside.
