Fifth Week

Everything's getting worse. Rose Nylund and Frasier Crane murdered Jughead Jones during the event Jughead worked so hard to organize. Given some of the townspeople were in attendance, it didn't give a good impression -- if the visitors did this when trying to be good people and get along with Cartesio, then how will they behave once they get into destroying everything? The cruel method of Jughead's death also left everyone quite horrified, too.

That may be why it's no surprise the town's quiet unrest is slowly turning into real, tangible fury.

During the week, from time to time stones break some of the windows of the motel, looking outside shows a random passerby running away. Graffiti is left on the walls: 'SEE IF YOU LIKE THIS' 'MURDERERS' 'YOU'RE GOING TO DESTROY US ALL', and other similar messages. Some of the store owners hesitate when the visitors approach, but they don't refuse service because money is always nice.

The Sergeant's pervasive influence is starting to cover not only you, but also the entire town of Cartesio. After all, everything that's happening to you and the motel? It's the result of what you and the other visitors have done.

In the lobby of the motel there's a few more brochures, and the maps have been updated once again.

[ oda is quite calm, but he'll move to his right, feeling around for anything like a wall. ]

[ After a few feet of walking, he'll get to one. Seems there's some...remarkably reinforced windows here. ]

Oh, sorry! Uhm... wow, these are some thick windows, aren't they?

[Technically, you can see through them.

But it's so dark outside, almost unnaturally dark. You can't see anything but darkness]

[Well that doesn't seem very useful so she'll just go the opposite direction along the wall than that Oda went. Are there any more doors or is his the only one]

[ There's another door! Still can't see anything...but you'll be able to feel that it's very cold. ]

Well this is obviously the worst door for the bikini chick to go into but what the heck. She'll at least try to open it.]

[ Open away! It only gets colder. Still not an easy way to see, but from the temperature and the general frost...it seems you've found a walk-in freezer. ]

[....All right. Any other doors? She doesn't want this one, but she'll take it if it's the last one left.]

[ Sorry, Niwa, seems like the others are all occupied... ]

[FINE. She wants out of this room, so she will very cautiously enter, minding the door as she will totally stick her fork in its way if some jerk ass tries to close it on her. If someone murdered in this fog, it would be pretty hard to tell who did it...

So first, how big does this freezer seem like it is?]

[It seems to be a large freezer, of the walk-in type. A lot of frozen meat and meat hooks line the walls. There's also some sort of...open water tank?...on the back wall]

[There's a door over here. A quick test will show it's unlocked. Doesn't seem to be a door to the outside, though]
