Killers and victims, killers and victims. Three of your own have fallen prey to murderous intent last week. Your numbers keep shrinking. Azura has fallen prey to Franciscus in the same night that Olympia betrayed her friend Millium and killed Cian who wound up in the crossfire. At this rate, is there anyone you can trust?
The townspeople's anger burns hotter than ever. Wherever they go, must they live in fear of stumbling on a corpse? They can't live like this. More than ever, the visitors are being shown that they are
unwelcome.
Walking outdoors, cold looks are the norm. Shouted profanity isn't unexpected. Barely anybody is willing to still hold a conversation with any visitors.
Even within the motel, there is no feeling of safety any longer. Not only have two people died in this very place, no, now the townspeople also lost their fear of coming inside. While they don't enter private rooms, the daring among them vent their hatred of you by vandalizing the common rooms.
Cartesio has become a menacing place.
In the lobby of the motel there's a few more brochures, and
the maps have been updated once again. Don't mind that some of them have been damaged in one of the attacks on the motel.

'Any sign of Williams?'
'None yet!'
'...it must be a trap. Eugene, get the water ready!'

O-officers, please! We've- I-I've seen him, let's talk about this!

Are you people blind? Mason has him!

[One of the firefighters get out of the truck, getting on top of the outer wall of the graveyard. It's Axel, taking a good look inside the terrain]
'Mason's in there!'
[On the sky, one of the helicopters hovers over the mausoleum. A rope starts uncoiling near the area with the casino spotlights. Someone may want to prevent that]
'...they must be threatening him too or something'
'Think he's their accomplice? He wouldn't dare, he's too--'
'I'm turning on the hoses!'
[Axel turns his head. That was a more triggerhappy reaction than he expected]
'Wait!'
[At once, all the firetrucks blast water towards the graveyard. None of it is aimed directly at the visitors, it's more like it's muddying up the place. The ground turns into mud, coffins start peeking out of the ground, moving through the graveyard is a chore]

--G-guys, wait! [ And he jumps back, to avoid the splatter of mud. ] This is all just- please, they've agreed to let him go!

[ Sakura is absolutely shocked by this but. ]
That's Axel-san's voice?!

[It totally is]

Thank you!
[ for making an attempt to stop the water, anyway ]

Could it be solved easily enough by a bird stealing the rope?]
no subject
'Bird!'
[The descent stopped, but they're still there. Got more birds, Niwa?]

'Just keep going down'
'I'm not going to crash into birds just because you want me to, Molly!'
[The helicopter slowly flies around in circles while the agent hangs onto the rope for dear life]

...I'm gonna suggest all of us go along with it.

Okay, I have nothing to threaten you with, but seriously.

And what will just going along with them solve?
[At least he's not holding any weapons but.]
They're never going to listen to us.

[Says the girl who willingly gagged someone, tied them up and put them in a chest earlier—]

As long as your hands aren't actually bound, it should be fine, shouldn't it?
[A guy like him should have more tricks up his sleeves.]
no subject
...fine, fine.
[He'll wait, and put his hands up. But he's not done by a long shot.]
no subject
You! The guy with the suspicious face! Get Davis here, now!
no subject
Then it's fine if I put my hands down, right?
