Peace Week

Sunday must have been exhausting for you, maybe even upsetting. A new town, new faces and a an ominous order from a man without a face... who wouldn't be a little frightened? Hopefully, all of that is forgotten when you climb out from under your blankets this fine Monday. Rise and shine! A new morning is a new start!

If you make your way to the lounge, you will find a few copies of the local newspaper provided for your perusal. Once you go outdoors, you'll find the weather forecast 100% accurate. It's pretty impressive.

It seems that quiet mornings like this are going to be your everyday life now. Maybe you should see this whole stay as a vacation? Go out and explore the town, meet your fellow motel guests and meet the townspeople. They're sure to welcome you with a smile!

This week's special in the diner is lemon pie made with love (and a top-secret recipe)

I wouldn't say that. Not havin' magic doesn't mean you aren't special, and from what you just said... well, sounds to me like you're plenty strong.

Osomatsu pauses, turning to look at the other man. that's probably one of the nicest things anyone's ever said to him, at least that he can recall. he doesn't hear praises like that at home, especially not from people who are famous or cool, or anything of the sort]

Yeah... Yeah, me too.

[ When you look at him like that, he almost feels embarrassed. Come on... did he really say something that weird? He turns his head to the side, his cheeks lightly flushed. ]

Anyway, it might be a while before we can throw it back in his face. My bet is, the Sergeant's in this for the long haul.

Well, whatever it gets him, I don't plan on killing anyone, unless they come at me first. [he says this now] I'd prefer it if I didn't have to dirty my hands for someone else.
