Week 5: Trial

      

Last time it was at dawn. Now it's at sunset. The Sergeant gave everyone plenty of time to investigate and gather evidence, and now that everyone entered the courtroom, he slammed his gavel.

"I can sense a few of you are feeling rather hostile. Remember you're in a courtroom, and you're being watched by everyone in town"

People's opinions of the visitors are already very low, but there's no need to feed them further with a brawl in the courtroom -- or so the Sergeant thinks. There are more podiums draped in black now. Five more people died, seventeen people are alive. How many will be left once the trial is over?

"This time we have three victims in total. Millium Orion, Cian Reikado, and Azura were the unfortunate victims last night, and now you shall debate and decide who is responsible for this.

These are your suspects. Vote for as many as you think are responsible for these crimes"

No. I was unaware of her death before the Sergeant's announcement.

[There's another pause, before she starts struggling harder, trying to break free of Kino's grasp.]

Fuck you! She didn't... deserve that!

[HOLDIN' ON TIGHT.]

It had nothing to do with what she deserved.

[Words are actually starting to fail him. So uh,. unless anyone's going to attempt to stop him, he's going be attempting to pick up a podium and throw it at her.]

Stop. [Franciscus' voice is sharp.] If you kill her now, you'll be punished.

[The Sergeant slams the gavel, and the bailiffs immediately start evacuating the townspeople. Looks like things will get nasty in this courtroom]

[Olympia's just gonna hold up a hand in the way.

She is a robot designed to kill aliens and also pretty good at killing humans, and at th is point she has nothing to lose. If you want to die this way she will oblige!]
