Seven days have passed. Quite peaceful days, almost too peaceful. The town has welcomed you, excited to see tourists for the first time in many, many,
many years. Some may have liked the peace, others may have been annoyed by it, but it was undeniable Cartesio seemed like such a nice and safe place it was hard to believe you had been told to kill each other.
But the threat is still up in the air. What's more: how much patience does the Sergeant have left?
Every time you take a look into the Lodge, you see the Sergeant. Lately he's looking more and more annoyed. Even though you can't see his face, you can feel he's getting frustrated. How long will it be before he lashes out and does something about these peaceful days?
Nobody in the town could suspect the harrowing times that'd befall Cartesio.
When you wake up on Sunday, you'll find
new maps in the map rack and brochures on the table, showing places you hadn't noticed in the town before. Enjoy!

investigation + warning: motion sickness
Sure, there's a ton of fun places around here, but right now? There's one thing he's just gotta try. No need to guess what it is, 'cause the second Sting is in the fire station he heads right up to the pole. Hell. Yeah. This is gonna be awesome! ... and it is, for about five seconds. 'cause as soon as he hops on the pole and starts his dramatic descent, he realizes what a mistake that was.
The whole slide down is painful to watch, honestly. Sting is less sliding and more clutching the pole pathetically as it squeals in protest from his slow-motion descent. This? Yeah, this doesn't work. When he finally reaches the ground after a way too long fall, he drops down onto the floor, sweating and gasping. Yup, that sucked.
After the whole fire pole fiasco, you'd think he would've had enough of the place but, nah. He sticks around a little longer to investigate the station and check out the fire truck. He won't be getting in it anytime soon, but he is absolutely trying to open the hood up and see if he can find any lacrima.
When he's done messing around over there, Sting heads to the park. No messing around here, all he does is walk around looking for something to do. Mostly, he passively chases a couple of ducks and searches for flowers. You can catch him doing either of these things if you want. ]
[ Wild card is always an option! Hit me up over at
fire station
what he sees causes him to stare. there's his friend, the Dragon Slayer, inching down the pole. it's probably one of the funniest things he's ever seen, but he doesn't laugh. just stares wide eyed, feeling pity for the poor guy]
...
[he waits for Sting to get down, even though it takes a while]

Hey, man. [ He sounds cheerful, oddly enough. ] Sorry about that. Must've shown you a pretty pathetic sight, huh?

Investigation
If there's one thing this town seems to be is reckless with it's trust. There's nothing stopping Sting from popping open the firetruck like a can of tuna, revealing the engine inside. Jackpot!
...well, only if that's what Sting wanted to see. Unfortunately, there's no lacrima over here]
no subject
There is a Distinction here.
He shoves his hand into the firetruck and tries to make some sense of it (and probably pulls some wires and small bits out of place), fails to do so, and shuts the hood. If there's nothing to see there, then hmm... Maybe somewhere else? These things usually have some kinda compartment, right? Will he find anything if he circles around the truck like a confused vulture? ]

From this position you can hear something from the wall near this side of the truck. Check that?]

Sting will probably only get a view of Dabi's army boots from the floor, but his drawl is pretty distinct. ]
Wonder if we could find a pole guilty of murder.
