WEEK 3: April 15th - April 19th

Third Week

The peaceful times are over. Moloch von Zinzer was murdered, and Nine was sentenced as his murderer. Everyone in Cartesio knows that.

Although life goes on, it seems the town of Cartesio isn't going to forget the tourists' transgressions. Not only they commited larceny in the cinema, they also murdered and executed in their town! It's no surprise their hospitality towards the visitors has cooled down considerably.

Not only they're maintaining a tense cordiality with them, they also have started talking behind the visitors' backs. All kinds of rumors are starting to sprout, yet nobody seems to be willing to say it to the tourists' faces. Talking directly to most passerby makes them distrustful, and nobody seems to want to be in close quarters alone with them.

It's only matter of time before the relationship between tourists and Cartesio starts degrading even further.

In the lobby of the motel there's a few more brochures, and the maps have been updated once again.

[ He'll find the fence stable for climbing. Nothing much to note, other than the fact that it seems like there's a lot less fog around the refinery.

It's an easy climb, really. ]

[Cool, so the fence is stable, no alarms are going off (yet) -- so he'll keep at it until he's on the other side.

Once he's back on the ground, knife's back in hand.]

It's not that bad a climb.

[But just in case, is there a gate or something that he can open up for people to walk throuhg?]

[ Not where he can see. It looks like finding any gate will be quite a walk around the refinery. ]

[Well there goes that thought.

Do there appear to be any security cameras around?]

[cartesio]

[ None that he can see outside! It doesn't look like they're monitoring outside, at least not in this direction? ]

[Following along! Kino is definitely keeping an eye out for cameras as well as they go.]

[ There aren't any that you can see. Proceed ahead? Really, the outside of the refinery seems very quiet. No activity, not even around the back door several feet away from you. ]

...I don't trust this.

[Which is her eternal outlook on pretty much everything, but especially this.]

[Keith'll be approaching carefully with Kino, switching out the knife for a revolver + silencer. If he spots anything that looks like a camera, he's probably gonna shoot it, jsyk.]

Dunno how much covering our tracks is gonna help. They'll probably assume it was us anyway.

[Gesturing at the back door.]

[Approaching, approaching. Can they open the door or are they gonna have to break this?]

[ It's not going to be that easy, unfortunately. The door's locked. ]

Cool. So glad we get to add breaking and entering to our repertoire tonight.

Anyone here able to lockpick or do we have to break this?

Osomatsu's expression turns into an amused lewd grin. and he adds a dick of his own. there, two dicks on the door]

Kino doesn't have it drawn but is also definitely considering shooting any cameras too, so.]

I don't think this is ever a situation you should trust.

You can say that again. [beyond the everything involved in cartesio, the downgrade from murder to valdaliam is extra suspicious]

{"Mm" of agreement. There's been a weapon glued to his hand since getting up here except while fence climbing.]
