Sunday must have been exhausting for you, maybe even upsetting. A new town, new faces and a an ominous order from a man without a face... who wouldn't be a little frightened? Hopefully, all of that is forgotten when you climb out from under your blankets this fine Monday. Rise and shine! A new morning is a new start!
If you make your way to the lounge, you will find a few copies of the local newspaper provided for your perusal. Once you go outdoors, you'll find the weather forecast 100% accurate. It's pretty impressive.
It seems that quiet mornings like this are going to be your everyday life now. Maybe you should see this whole stay as a vacation? Go out and explore the town, meet your fellow motel guests and meet the townspeople. They're sure to welcome you with a smile!
This week's special in the diner is lemon pie made with love (and a top-secret recipe)

but when he wakes up and realizes that he's in the same bed, in the same motel, in the same little town, he feels nervous. so he was really here alone, huh?
he wakes up around 11am, and then finds the note telling him about the meeting. so he goes to the diner immediately to wait around there before Sakura starts.
after the meeting, Osomatsu hangs around the diner for another hour or so, just contemplating what he's heard. he'd like some company, since it's rough being alone. he kind of wants to play with the jukebox, but does it take debit cards?
later on, in the evening, he decides to explore Cartesio a little more. he checks out the park, the gas station, and finally the junkyard. there are knives here, and he briefly wonders if he should take one with him...
it's a bad feeling, thinking he needs something to defend himself. he wants to be back home, in the safety of his own house]
junkyard
Mmh... It's gonna take forever to clean either of these off n' make 'em useable.
[...It might be slightly worrying that she's considering this that carefully.]

You really think it's gonna matter if they're rusty, or not? [he steps over, tucking his hands into his jacket pocket] You can still use 'em if someone comes after you.
no subject
Mm... yes and no.
Something like this, if it's this rusted, it isn't sharp anymore. And I dunno if I've got enough brute strength on my own to make it work if it's not sharp.
no subject
[like this soft marshmallow of a man would be any better at it]
no subject
Well, y'know. Hopefully kill someone before they kill me.
I dunno about you, but I wanna get back home eventually.
no subject
I do. My whole family's back at home.
[he wants to ask something else, but it's none of his business about her life, if she's killed before. there are people who were brought here who seem to be very strong, or have dealt with a lot more than he ever has had to]

junkyard- where else would dabi be
...you normally go shopping for trash?
oh my gosh
oh. oh, this guy. Osomatsu doesn't know his name, but he remembers him from the meeting. him and his weird... skin... and his video games question]
I mean, yeah. All the time.
;)
Y'know, normally he doesn't get such an honest response to that question. He walks closer to Oso from the pile of scrap he was leering on, his head canted slightly. ]
Really. How's this compare to what you're used to?
no subject
Eh, can't really complain. [he's unsettled by this man, but he shrugs and gives him a lopsided grin] Garbage is garbage, no matter where ya go. People collect it, eat it, eventually become it. That Sergeant guy probably thinks we're all garbage. Expendable. So I'm just here, checking to see if there's any kind of garbage that can take out a piece of garbage.
no subject
Lucky you—trash here ain't in short supply.
no subject
You're right! [he finally picks up one of the knives he's been eyeing, though it's rusty and dull. could it still even do damage] But what brings you up here? Lookin' for your own trash?

After the meeting

Oh, really? I've never seen a jukebox take cards before. All the jukeboxes I've seen've only taken yen, or banknotes.
[technology is amazing!]

It doesn't matter, I guess! Just as long as we're able to use 'em. [hmm, what a bunch of old music. at least he finds a song that is not What's New Pussycat?] Thanks, man!

He is surprised when someone from the meeting wanders near him in the park you.]
They did a good job of cleaning up huh?
no subject
Cleaning up? You mean the park? [seems like an odd thing to say...]

If it'd gotten this far out then there wouldn't be a park left.

So you were here before too, right? Did the Sergeant say anything about how he was able t'bring us all here?
